What is it?
Composition: 1 ml of the preparation contains as active ingredients: Phenazone 45.52 mg, Lidocaine hydrochloride 11.38 mg. Excipients: Sodium thiosulfate, 96% ethanol, purified water, sodium hydroxide, glycerin. Pharmacotherapeutic group: Combined preparations for the treatment of ear diseases, with anti-inflammatory and analgesic action. Indications: Acute otitis media, otitis as a complication of influenza, barotrauma of the ear. Dosage and administration: For topical use only. Instill 3-4 drops into the external auditory canal 2-3 times a day. Warm the vial by hand before use. Duration of Droplex use - no more than 10 days. Side effects: Allergic reactions. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation and pyrazole derivatives; violation of the integrity of the tympanic membrane. Interaction with other drugs: When used with other local ear preparations, 30-minute intervals should be observed. Special instructions: Before using the preparation, the patient must ensure the integrity of the tympanic membrane. Driving and operating machinery: Does not affect the ability to drive and operate machinery. Pregnancy and breastfeeding: The preparation can be used during pregnancy and lactation. Overdose: No data on overdose. Appearance and packaging: Ear drops. A clear, colorless or slightly brownish-yellow solution. 15 ml polyethylene dropper bottle, closed with a polyethylene cap and a screw-on tamper-evident ring. The bottle is placed in a cardboard box with instructions for use. Storage conditions: Store at a temperature not exceeding 25C, out of reach of children. After opening the bottle, the preparation is suitable for 28 days. Shelf life: 3 years. Dispensing conditions: Over-the-counter.
