What is it?
Composition and Dosage Form: 100 mg granules for oral suspension # 30 sachets. One sachet contains: Active substance - Nimesulide 100 mg. Pharmacotherapeutic group: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Indications: Inflammatory processes of the upper and lower respiratory tract and ENT organs. Hyperthermia in the background of infectious-inflammatory diseases. Premorbid condition of cold: general weakness, sneezing, headache, swelling of the nasal mucosa. Inflammatory processes of the genitourinary system: epididymitis, cystitis, urethritis, prostatitis, pyelonephritis. Inflammatory and destructive (non-rheumatic) diseases of the musculoskeletal system: arthritis, arthrosis, myositis, tendovaginitis, trauma. Inflammatory and destructive lesions of the peripheral nervous system: neuralgia, neuritis, plexitis, vegetosympathalgia, and others. Rheumatic diseases: rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and others. Algomenorrhea, painful menstruation, dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Pain syndrome of any etiology: headache, toothache, post-traumatic pain, postoperative pain, and others. Dosage and Administration: Adults: 100 mg 2 times a day after meals. In the elderly, children (12-18 years old), and patients with moderate renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance 30-80 ml/min), dose adjustment is not required due to the pharmacodynamics of the drug. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipients. History of hypersensitivity reactions (e.g., bronchospasm, rhinitis, urticaria) to acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. History of hepatotoxic reactions to nimesulide. Active peptic ulcer of the stomach or duodenum, history of ulcer recurrence or gastrointestinal hemorrhages, cerebrovascular hemorrhage, or hemorrhagic pathologies. Coagulation disorders. Severe cardiac decompensation. Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min). Hepatic insufficiency. Age under 12 years. Pregnancy and lactation: Use of Efridole is contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation. Storage: No special storage instructions.
