Enalapril Maleate and Hydrochlorothiazide Pharmacological Property: Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor and diuretic. Indication: Used for the treatment of hypertension. Used in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by enalapril alone. Contraindication: Do not use if the patient is allergic to enalapril maleate or other excipients in the preparation, has severe liver impairment, or severe kidney impairment. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation, or in children under 18 years of age. Use with caution in the elderly. Dosage and Administration: The duration of treatment and dosage will be determined by the doctor. Эналаприла малеат и гидрохлоротиазид Фармакологическое свойство: Ингибитор ангиотензинпревращающего фермента и диуретик. Показания: Применяется для лечения гипертензии. Используется у пациентов, артериальное давление которых не контролируется адекватно только эналаприлом. Противопоказания: Не применять при аллергии пациента на эналаприла малеат или другие вспомогательные вещества препарата, при выраженных нарушениях функции печени, выраженных нарушениях функции почек. Не применять в период беременности и лактации, у детей до 18 лет. С осторожностью применять у пожилых пациентов. Дозировка и способ применения: Продолжительность лечения и дозу приема определяет врач. Побочные эффекты: Кашель, одышка, желтуха, аллергические кожные реакции, головокружение, тошнота, диарея, боль в животе, запор, усталость.
