These patients may also experience distractibility and low academic achievement. Esprico fully complements the diet of a child with AD(H)D. Chewable capsules with fruit flavor, containing fish oil enriched with high concentrations of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. Esprico also contains the minerals magnesium and zinc. Dosage: Children aged 5 years and above, 4 capsules per day, 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening during meals. The capsules can be chewed or swallowed with a little liquid.
