What is it?
Indications: Excessive gas formation and accumulation in the gastrointestinal tract (meteorism, dyspepsia, abdominal bloating, aerophagia, Remheld's syndrome, gas formation in the postoperative period); preparation for X-ray, ultrasound, and instrumental examination of abdominal and pelvic organs; poisoning with surfactants, synthetic detergents. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation, intestinal obstruction, obstructive diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Drug Interactions and Other Interactions: Prolonged use of the preparation in large doses with antacids is not recommended. Dosage and Administration: Take orally during or after meals, if necessary - before bedtime. Adults and children over 6 years of age: 1-2 capsules or 25-50 drops 3-5 times a day. Infants and children up to 6 years of age: 10-15 drops 2-3 times a day during or after meals. Shake the suspension well before use! For diagnostic examinations: Take 2 capsules 3 times a day the day before the examination, and 2 capsules on the morning of the examination on an empty stomach, or 50 drops 3 times a day for 2 days before the examination, 50 drops on an empty stomach in the morning on the day of the examination, and 50 drops immediately before the examination. In case of poisoning with synthetic detergents, the dose of Coline is determined by the severity of intoxication (not less than 320mg). Side Effects: Allergic reactions: itching, rash (in isolated cases). If any side effect not listed in the instructions for use occurs, the patient should consult a doctor. Pregnancy and Lactation: Can be used during pregnancy and lactation on the recommendation of a doctor. Due to the absence of absorption in the gastrointestinal tract, adverse effects on the fetus and transfer into breast milk are not expected. Storage Conditions: Capsules: Store at a temperature not exceeding 25C, in a dry, protected from light, and inaccessible place for children. The preparation is not allowed to be taken if any defect is detected during visual inspection. Dispensing from Pharmacy: Over-the-counter (Group III).
