What is it?

Active Ingredients: Senna leaves (folium sennae) Rhubarb root extract (extractum rhei) Vegetable charcoal (carbo ligni) Purified sulfur (sulfur depuratum) Indications: Slow intestinal motility All forms of constipation Fermentation and putrefaction processes in the intestine Meteorism (causes diaphragm elevation) Bloating Intestinal intoxication Constipation of hemorrhoidal genesis Contraindications: If the patient is allergic (hypersensitive) to senna leaves, rhubarb root extract, purified sulfur, or other components of Eucarbon. In case of intestinal obstruction In case of intestinal inflammation In case of abdominal pain of unknown origin In case of severe disorders of water and mineral balance If gastric and intestinal ulcer, appendicitis are suspected. The medication cannot be taken by children under 12 years of age. Eucarbon cannot be taken during pregnancy or lactation. Dosage and Administration: Eucarbon should always be taken according to the doctor's recommendation. If the patient is unsure, they should consult their doctor or pharmacist regarding treatment. If the prescription given by the doctor is not different, the usual dose for adults and children over 12 years of age is 1-2 tablets three times a day during or after meals. For a mild laxative effect and to reduce bloating. The dose required to achieve the desired effect may vary individually.
