What is it?
Composition: 1 film-coated tablet contains as active ingredients: 545 mg Magnesium Lactate Dihydrate, 5 mg Vitamin B6, excipients: Microcrystalline Cellulose 120 mg; Magnesium Stearate 7 mg; Croscarmellose Sodium 10 mg; Polyvinylpyrrolidone K 30 - 30 mg; Kollicoat IR White - 20 mg; Silicon Dioxide - 4 mg. Pharmacotherapeutic group: Agent that improves metabolic processes. Indications: Conditions caused by magnesium deficiency in the body; muscle pain and spasms; asthenia. Dosage and administration: Consult a doctor before taking the preparation. For adults and children over 12 years of age, it is recommended to take up to 6 tablets per day, during meals. The daily dose should be divided into 2-3 intakes. Side effects: Gastrointestinal dysfunction, allergies. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components, acute renal failure, phenylketonuria. Prescribe with caution in chronic renal failure. Interaction with other drugs: The combination of Euromag B6 with preparations containing phosphates or calcium salts significantly reduces the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract. Magnesium preparations reduce the absorption of tetracyclines. The preparation reduces the absorption of iron, suppresses levodopa activity if the latter is not combined with peripheral dopa decarboxylase inhibitors. Special instructions: The preparation is prescribed with particular caution in patients with moderate renal insufficiency, as there is a risk of hypermagnesemia. Patients with diabetes mellitus should consider that the film-coated tablets contain sucrose as an excipient. In case of concomitant calcium deficiency, magnesium deficiency should be corrected before additional intake of calcium preparations. Pregnancy and lactation: It is not recommended to take the preparation during lactation. In pregnant women, it is prescribed only when necessary. Driving and operating machinery: Does not affect the ability to drive and operate machinery. Overdose: In case of overdose, magnesium poisoning develops in patients with renal insufficiency. Symptoms: decreased blood pressure, nausea, vomiting, depression, slowed reflexes, electrocardiographic changes, respiratory depression, coma, cardiac arrest and respiratory paralysis, cessation of urination. Appearance and packaging: Pack contains #30 tablets. Storage conditions: Store the preparation at a temperature not exceeding 25C in a dry, protected from light and children place.
