Indications: Symptomatic treatment of periodically occurring constipation, especially in patients with hemorrhoids or other painful anal and rectal lesions. Dosage and administration: If the patient considers the effect of the preparation to be too strong or too weak, they should consult their doctor or pharmacist. The preparation is intended for oral administration. Adults: 10-20 drops once daily. Children over 6 years of age: 3-10 drops once daily. The dose should be individually adjusted to the minimum dose necessary for defecation. The preparation should be taken in the evening to induce defecation in the morning. Drops can be taken alone or dissolved in any type of beverage or food. Do not take for more than 6 days without consulting a doctor. Side effects: Worsening of constipation, skin rash, nausea, abdominal pain, moderate cramps, abdominal spasms, weakness, semi-liquid stools, intensive loss of fluid, potassium, and other electrolytes, leading to heart and muscle damage. Interaction with other drugs: The patient should inform their doctor or pharmacist if they are taking or have recently taken any other medication, including over-the-counter drugs. Concurrent use with antibiotics may reduce the laxative effect of the preparation. In case of overdose or prolonged use, a decrease in blood potassium may occur, and therefore the patient should avoid using it with other drugs that may cause similar changes. Reduced blood potassium may lead to reduced toxicity of cardiac glycosides. Special instructions: The patient should discontinue treatment and consult a doctor if: defecation does not occur within 72 hours of starting treatment, if symptoms worsen or persist for more than 6 days. Do not use the preparation in children under 6 years of age without consulting a doctor. Ezoris oral solution contains glycerin and may be harmful in large doses. It can cause headache, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. If the patient takes laxatives for a long time, it may lead to increased blood glucose concentration and decreased potassium concentration. In case of a missed dose, do not take a double dose to compensate for the missed one. Take the usual dose at the usual time.
