What is it?
Nordic - Nordic Oat Bran Thanks to a special production technology, oat bran contains beta-glucan - a soluble dietary fiber that normalizes cholesterol levels, and also contains thiamine (vitamin B1), magnesium, iron, and zinc. The high fiber content improves bowel movement and digestion. The bran is ready to eat, requires no additional processing, and can be used as a supplement in cereals, yogurt, kefir, salads, soups, and baked goods. It can also be cooked like porridge. Preparation for 4 servings: 500 ml water, 500 ml milk, 250 ml oat bran. Add bran to boiling water or milk. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring well. Add salt to taste.
