What is it?
Myllyn Paras - Myllyn Paras Oatmeal is made from selected oat grains. Without additives and preservatives. Contains natural vitamins and minerals. You can add flakes to kefir, yogurt, or kissel. Also, use for baking cakes, pies, and pastries. Ingredients: Oat flakes. Contains gluten. May contain traces of lactose. Does not contain GMOs. Preparation recommendation: For 1 serving – 40g: Add 130g of oat flakes to 200 ml of boiled water, milk, or juice. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Let stand for 1 minute in a covered container. Optionally, add salt, sugar, honey, butter, berries, or jam. Storage conditions: Store at a temperature not exceeding 20°C and humidity not exceeding 75%, in a place protected from foreign odors. Volume: 500g
