Indications: Symptomatic treatment of acute respiratory infections, colds; allergic rhinitis, rhinopharyngitis. Fervex for Children is used in children aged 6-15 years, and Fervex for Adults - in adults and children over 15 years of age. Dosage and Administration: Fervex for Adults - Adults and children over 15 years of age: 1 sachet 2-3 times a day. Fervex for Children Children 6-10 years - 1 sachet 2-3 times a day; Children 10-12 years - 1 sachet 3 times a day; Children 12-15 years - 1 sachet 4 times a day. The preparation should be completely dissolved in 200 ml of warm water (50-600C). It is best to take the preparation between meals. The preparation is administered at 4-hour intervals. In case of impaired liver and kidney function and in the elderly, the preparation is taken at 8-hour intervals. The preparation, as an analgesic, should not be used for more than 5 days, and as an antipyretic - for more than 3 days without a doctor's recommendation. Side Effects: Side effects are not observed at recommended doses. Dry mouth, accommodation disorder, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, urinary retention, constipation, allergic reactions manifested by skin rash, itching, urticaria, and Quincke's edema. Rarely - anemia, leukopenia, agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia, methemoglobinemia. Prolonged use with excessive doses may lead to hepatotoxic or nephrotoxic effects, hemolytic anemia, aplastic anemia, methemoglobinemia, pancytopenia. In case of appearance of undesirable symptoms, consult a doctor immediately.
