What is it?
Doppelherz® aktiv MEMORY Omega-3 is specifically recommended for those whose memory is tested daily: students over 12 years old, students during exam and study periods, and also people whose work requires a consistently high intellectual level. Doppelherz® aktiv MEMORY Omega-3 is a special combination of lecithin, vitamin E, B vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, as well as zinc and copper, designed to improve brain function, nerve impulse transmission, and neuron communication. Lecithin is a complex of phospholipids necessary for the proper functioning of neurons. They are so important for brain function that they make up 25% of its mass. Vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA interact with these phospholipids, creating the fluid environment necessary for neuronal activity. Thus, regular intake of these dietary supplements has a positive effect on cognitive abilities. B vitamins play a central role in the functioning of the nervous system. They are necessary for the production of energy required by the brain (vitamins B1, B2, and niacin), the synthesis of neurotransmitters (vitamin B6), and also for cognitive ability and effective balance (folic acid and vitamin B12). That is why we have added B vitamins to this product. Zinc and copper – these microelements contribute to normal cognitive and cerebral functions. Zinc acts as an intercellular information transmitter. Copper is important for myelin synthesis. Two capsules contain: 1000 mg lecithin, 600 mg fish oil (72 mg DHA + 108 mg EPA), 20 mg vitamin E, 2.8 mg vitamin B1, 3.2 mg vitamin B2, 4 mg vitamin B6, 2 mcg vitamin B12, 400 mcg folic acid, 27 mg niacin, 5 mg zinc, 1 mg copper. Recommendations: Take 1 or 2 capsules daily with meals with sufficient liquid. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
