What is it?
International Name - Paracetamol+Phenylephr+Chlorphen+Caffein Pharmacological Group: Preparations for Cold Composition: Paracetamol 500 mg Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg Caffeine 30 mg Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg Other Ingredients: Starch, Gelatin, Sodium Benzoate, Talc, Magnesium Stearate, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Dark Red Dye. Indications: For relief of symptoms of various manifestations of cold and flu, rhinitis, nasal congestion, headache, fever. Usage: Adults and children over 12 years old – 1 sachet 3-4 times per day, children from 6 to 12 years old – 1/2 sachet 3-4 times per day. Children from 2 to 6 years old - 1/4 sachet 3-4 times per day. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation, pregnancy and breastfeeding period, age under 2 years. Side Effects: In most cases, the preparation is well tolerated. Possible tachycardia, increased blood pressure, dizziness, drowsiness, dryness of mucous membranes, decreased appetite, gastrointestinal irritation, CNS stimulation, vomiting, nausea, allergic skin reactions. Special Instructions: Prescribe with caution in patients with impaired liver function, glaucoma, urinary retention, benign prostatic hyperplasia, gastrointestinal obstruction, epilepsy, severe cardiovascular diseases, and also in elderly patients. During treatment, avoid driving vehicles, operating machinery, and other hazardous activities. Alcohol should not be consumed during treatment with the preparation.
