What is it?
FolatRofolic acid, methylcobalamin, iodine, and Vitamin D. A sufficient supply of nutrients is important during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is recommended that women planning pregnancy take dietary supplements containing folic acid/methylfolate (= or > 400mcg) along with a diet rich in folate. Folic acid plays a crucial role during pregnancy in cell division and blood formation, as well as tissue formation. FolatR contains Quatrefolic, the bioactive stable form of folic acid, in the form of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF). Vitamin B12 ensures the production of erythrocytes and normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin D3 is essential for the normal functioning of the musculoskeletal and immune systems. Iodine ensures the normal production of thyroid hormones and its normal functioning. Ingredients: Fillers: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents; calcium phosphate, talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, modified starch; folic acid (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt), potassium iodide, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin). Recommended dosage: 1 tablet once a day during or after a meal, with a small amount of water. Important information: Do not exceed the indicated dosage.
