What is it?
International Name - Psyllium husk 100% Natural Fiber Composition: Psyllium husk 3 500mg, Maltodextrin, Citric acid, Sweetener, Orange flavoring, Colorant. Pharmacological Properties: Promotes the natural cleansing process of the intestines, removes toxins from the body, reduces blood cholesterol and glucose levels and maintains them at optimal levels, reduces appetite and helps normalize body weight. Indications: Effective for treating common gastrointestinal problems such as constipation, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, and hemorrhoids; also reduces cholesterol levels, the risk of cardiovascular diseases and type II diabetes; used in pregnant women for problems with bowel movement frequency. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components. Side Effects: Not known. Dosage and Administration: For children over 12 years of age and adults: 1 sachet 3 times a day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 200 ml of water, stir and drink immediately after preparation - psyllium husk swells in the gastrointestinal tract under the action of water and increases in volume.
