The box contains sodium saccharin Pharmacological Properties Gamalate B6, by combining the properties of its active components: cerebrotonic amino acids (GABA and GABOB), mild sedative (MGH) and coenzyme vitamin B6, exerts an energotonic and neuroregulatory action on the brain. The amino acids and vitamin participate in cerebral metabolism and increase the energetic potential of nerve cells. It improves intellectual quality. Indications In adults: In cases of functional asthenia: - Emotional instability (lability) - Decreased concentration and memory - Depression and nervous disorders - Decreased ability to adapt In children: - Distractibility and attention deficit in school age - Lack of or decreased adaptation in social, family, and school environments. Dosage and Administration In adults: 10ml 2-3 times a day; In children: up to 2 years 2.5ml 3 times a day; 2 to 4 years 5ml 3 times a day; 4 to 7 years 10ml 2 times a day; over 7 years 10ml 3 times a day. These doses may be modified by a doctor. Contraindications Allergy to any of the components. In case of high doses, mild gastrointestinal disturbances may occur, which disappear on their own upon dose reduction. Pregnancy and Lactation If necessary, take under medical supervision. Overdosage Due to the low toxicity of the preparation, symptoms of overdosage are not expected even in cases of excessive intake.
