Pharmacological Properties Gengigel contains high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, which is an indispensable element of healthy gums and oral mucosa. It interacts with other connective tissue elements and ensures the stability and elasticity of periodontal connective tissue. Hyaluronic acid acts as a protective barrier against microorganisms, thus reducing the risk of developing periodontal diseases. During inflammatory conditions and injuries of the gums, the tissue's need for hyaluronic acid significantly increases (up to ≈200% compared to the initial level), which confirms its important role in regulating the cell cycle and optimizing local tissue regeneration. Hyaluronic acid acts on fibroblast migration and fibrogenesis, leading to rapid regeneration of damaged tissue. Gengigel®: · Contains non-animal, high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (in the form of sodium hyaluronate) obtained through a biotechnological process. · The set of biopolymers in Gengigel ensures its pronounced mucoadhesive properties. · Gengigel does not contain preservatives or dyes, can be used without restriction in pregnant women, patients with diabetes, and children from 0 years of age. Indications for Use Hyaluronic acid promotes rapid recovery of oral soft tissues: · During inflammatory processes of the gums (periodontitis, gingivitis, pathological gum pockets) · During gum bleeding · With aphthous stomatitis and ulcers · During traumatic injuries of oral tissues (gum damage caused by dentures or braces) · In the post-extraction period · In the post-implantation period Dosage and Administration 10ml (one dose) undiluted, rinse for 1-2 minutes, 3-5 times a day, for 3-4 weeks.
