What is it?

Solution for vaginal use Isobutanoleammonium ibuprofen Composition: 0.1% solution for vaginal use Each 100 ml bottle contains: Active substance: Isobutanoleammonium ibuprofen 0.1 g (equivalent to 0.0698 g ibuprofen) Excipients: Methyl-ethyl-propyl-butyl 2-phenoxyethanol-p-hydroxybenzoate, Polysorbate 20, Propylene glycol, Vegetable essence, Deionized water. Pharmaceutical form and composition: 0.1% solution for vaginal use only – 100 ml, 5 bottles. Pharmacotherapeutic classification: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory product for vaginal use. Therapeutic action: Vulvovaginitis and cervicovaginitis of all origins and types. Preoperative and postoperative treatment during gynecological surgery. Use the ready-made solution according to the severity of inflammation. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any component of the product or chemically similar substances. The product is not used in children, unless deemed necessary by a doctor. Not usually recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding (see Precautions for use). Method of administration: Place the bottle in hot water vapor and warm to room temperature. 1. Press the side of the bottle to remove the cap. 2. Remove the sterile catheter from its protective packaging and fit it tightly to the bottle. 3. Use so that the solution exerts its cleansing and therapeutic action. 4. Carefully insert the catheter into the vagina and squeeze the bottle until it is empty. 5. Retain the liquid in the vagina for a few minutes to allow the solution to exert its therapeutic action. Follow your doctor's other advice. Overdose: No information is available on overdose symptoms. Adverse effects: No information is available on adverse effects. Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis (very rarely). If any adverse effect occurs that is not described in this leaflet, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Storage and expiry date: The product should not be used after the expiry date indicated on the packaging. There are no specific storage instructions. Keep the medication out of reach of children.
