What is it?
Composition: Each capsule contains 50.2 mg Neomycin Sulfate, 100,000 IU Nystatin, 35,000 IU Polymyxin B Sulfate. Indications: Vaginal candidiasis, nonspecific vaginitis, vulvovaginitis, local treatment of nonspecific vaginal diseases and sensitive vaginal bacteria. Dosage and Administration: For adults, insert 1 capsule deep into the vagina once daily, after bathing, before sleep, for 6 days. In case of acute or chronic infection, take 1-2 capsules twice daily, for 6-12 days, morning and evening. Side Effects: Eczematous allergic contact dermatitis for long-term treatment, unbearable allergic symptoms with local use. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any component. Interactions with Other Drugs: This preparation reduces the effectiveness of rubber products or latex, such as condoms and diaphragms. Special Instructions: Adhere to the prescribed dosages and administration. Short-term treatment is recommended as it may have toxic effects on hearing and the urinary system. Administration is not recommended in patients with renal failure or second systemic toxic symptoms. Use with caution if hypersensitivity reactions to antibiotics or similar drugs have been noted in the past. To prevent bacterial resistance, sensitivity testing and a short course of administration are necessary. Intended for vaginal use only, not for oral administration. Treatment should not be interrupted during the menstrual cycle. Pregnancy and Lactation: Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Appearance and Packaging: Milky oval vaginal soft capsules containing a light yellow liquid. Two blisters, each with #6 vaginal capsules, and instructions for use are placed in a box. Storage Conditions: Store in a place inaccessible to children, at a temperature not exceeding 30C.
