What is it?
Composition: Each tablet contains as active ingredients: 125 mg Gamma-amino-erbomic acid 125 mg. L-Glutamine 100 mg, Glycine 75 mg, Vitamin B6 500 mcg, Folic acid 50 mcg. Pharmacotherapeutic group: Biologically active supplement. Combined preparation. Nootropic agent. Indications: Cerebrovascular diseases (cerebral circulation disorders, atherosclerosis and hypertensive disease); memory and speech disorders, attention deficit syndrome; endogenous depression complicated by cognitive dysfunction; low intellectual functions; headache and dizziness; to improve motor and mental activity in patients after stroke and head injuries; sleep disorders; chronic cerebrovascular encephalopathy and memory impairment, with disorders of attention, speech, dizziness and headache; alcoholic encephalopathies and polyneuritis; growth and mental development retardation in children; cerebral palsy in children; kinetosis symptom complex (motion sickness); increased psycho-emotional stress; premenstrual syndrome; convulsive syndrome and others; in children: infectious (purulent-septic processes, pneumonia) and other diseases (complex therapy for infants; anemia, hypotrophy, rickets and allergic diathesis in weakened children; premature transfer of infants to artificial feeding and feeding with donor milk). Dosage and administration: Take 1 tablet during meals, 2 times a day or as recommended by a doctor. For alcoholic encephalopathy and polyneuropathy, the dose and duration of treatment are determined individually. The course of treatment is 1-2 months. For a subsequent course of treatment, consult a doctor. Side effects: Transient dyspeptic events, blood pressure variability. Contraindications: Increased sensitivity to the components of the preparation; acute renal failure; childhood age (up to 1 year); pregnancy (I trimester); Interactions with other drugs: Enhances the effects of drugs that improve CNS function. Benzodiazepines potentiate the action. Special instructions: Caution should be exercised when using the preparation Glisait in patients with labile blood pressure in the first days of treatment, as significant blood pressure variability is possible. Pregnancy and lactation: Contraindicated in the I trimester of pregnancy. In the II and III trimesters of pregnancy, the use of the preparation is possible only on indication and under the control of the attending physician. When using the preparation Glisait, breastfeeding should be discontinued. Overdose: Symptoms: Side effects are intensified. Treatment: Gastric lavage, intake of activated charcoal, symptomatic treatment.
