What is it?
International Name - Glucosamin, Chondroitin Composition Active ingredients (per 1 capsule): Glucosamine hydrochloride 500mg, Chondroitin sulfate 400mg. Excipients: Gelatin, Stearic acid, Magnesium stearate, Manganese sulfate. Indications for Use Degenerative-dystrophic diseases of joints and spine: Osteoarthritis stages I-III, Osteochondrosis. Dosage and Administration Oral. In adults and children over 15 years of age, the first three weeks, 1 capsule 3 times a day. In subsequent days, 1 capsule 2 times a day, independently of food intake, with a small amount of water. The recommended duration of the treatment course is 3-6 months. If necessary, a repeated course of treatment can be carried out, the duration of which is determined individually. Side Effects Gastrointestinal tract: Rarely, dyspepsia, mild nausea, possible epigastric pain, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal bloating. Immune system: In rare cases - allergic reactions, including skin hyperemia and rash, urticaria, angioneurotic edema. Skin and its structures: Hair loss. Nervous system and sensory organs: Headache, general weakness, drowsiness, visual disturbances. All listed symptoms disappear after discontinuation of the preparation. In case of side effects, inform your doctor. This applies to all possible side effects, including those not described in this leaflet. Contraindications Children under 15 years of age, increased individual sensitivity to any component of the preparation (allergic reactions), phenylketonuria, pregnancy, lactation, severe chronic renal failure.
