International Nonproprietary Name - Betamethasonum+gentamicynum+tolnaftate*Composition:Active ingredients: Betamethasone 17-valerate, Gentamicin (as sulfate), Tolnaftate and Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline.Excipients: Chlorocresol, Polyethylene glycol monocetyl ether, Cetostearyl alcohol, White petrolatum, Mineral oil, Sodium hydrogen phosphate, Water.Concentration of active ingredients:Each gram of Helpogen cream contains:Betamethasone 17-valerate 0.61mgGentamicin (as sulfate) 1.00mgTolnaftate 10.00mgIodochlorhydroxyquinoline 10.00mgIndications:Groin dermatitis, chronic dermatitis of hands and feet, erythrasma, balanoposthitis, herpes zoster, eczematous dermatitis, contact dermatitis, infectious dermatitis, follicular dermatitis, dyshidrosis, parakeratosis, paronychia, anal pruritus, seborrheic eczema, intertrigo, seborrheic dermatitis, acne vulgaris, impetigo, neurodermatitis, photosensitive dermatitis, lichenification of groin dermatophytosis, ringworm of the foot, thigh and trunk.Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the preparation.Tuberculous or viral skin disease, including herpes and varicella.Precautions:Avoid contact of the preparation with eyes.May stain light-colored clothing.Interactions with other medicines.Before using this preparation, inform your doctor about taking this medicine concurrently with other medications.Dosage and administration:The dose is determined individually.Apply a small amount of Helpogen cream to the affected area, 2-3 times a day. A long course of treatment (2-4 weeks) may be necessary.Overdose:In case of overdose, consult your doctor.Side effects:During prolonged treatment, the preparation may cause hypersensitization to infections and intensification of microbial inflammation.Inform your doctor about any undesirable manifestations.
