D5 12.5 mg, Hepar sulfuris trit. D3 10.0 mg, Kalium bichromicum trit. D4 50.0 mg, Mercurius bijodatus trit. D8 25.0 mg; Excipients: lactose monohydrate, sucrose, magnesium stearate. Description White or almost white, flat-cylindrical tablets with a score line, slight inclusions are permissible. Pharmacotherapeutic group Homeopathic medicinal product. Pharmacological properties Homeopathic therapy differs significantly from traditional medicine in its understanding of disease and the use of medicinal substances. Dosage regimen Adults: In acute conditions, 1 tablet every hour, but no more than 12 tablets per day, until symptoms subside. For further treatment or in chronic conditions, use 1-2 tablets 3 times a day. Pediatric group Children aged 2 to 6 years: In acute conditions, for further treatment or in chronic conditions, use 1 tablet 3 times a day. Children aged 6 to 12 years: In acute conditions, use 1 tablet every 2 hours, but no more than 6 tablets per day, until symptoms subside. For further treatment or in chronic conditions, use 1 tablet 3 times a day. Children over 12 years of age: In acute conditions, use 1 tablet every hour, but no more than 12 tablets per day, until symptoms subside. For further treatment or in chronic conditions, use 1-2 tablets 3 times a day. For tonsil enlargement, adults and children use 1 tablet 3 times a day. Treatment is recommended to be continued for 6-8 weeks. In chronic and recurrent acute conditions, several treatment cycles are used per year, each lasting 6-8 weeks. Method of administration The tablets should be allowed to dissolve slowly in the mouth. For young children, the tablets can be crushed and dissolved in a small amount of water. It is recommended to maintain an interval of at least half an hour before meals or one hour after meals. Side effects In very rare cases (<1/10,000) or unknown cases (frequency cannot be determined from available data): hypersensitivity reactions may occur, e.g., skin rash. In such cases, it is necessary to stop taking the preparation and consult a doctor. In case of increased salivation, it is recommended to reduce the dose or stop taking the preparation.
