Dryness and irritation of the oral and pharyngeal mucosa (due to inhalation of dry, insufficiently humidified air in heated rooms, air-conditioned rooms, due to restricted nasal breathing, and also during sports competitions). Contraindications Do not use if there is known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. Dosage regimen and method of administration For adults and children over 12 years of age, take one lozenge every hour (up to 12 lozenges per day), for children aged 4 to 12 years – 1 lozenge every 2 hours (up to 6 lozenges per day). The lozenge should be slowly dissolved until completely dissolved. Due to the good tolerability of Isla-Moos, it can be used for a long time without any precautions. Furthermore, even after the disappearance of the symptoms of the disease, it is recommended to continue using Isla-Moos for several more days to achieve a stable therapeutic effect. If no improvement in symptoms is observed after 4-5 days, and conversely, their worsening occurs, accompanied by shortness of breath, chills, and also the formation of purulent and bloody sputum, it is necessary to consult a doctor immediately.
