What is it?
Ginger Essential Oil 5ml Pranarôm - Pranarôm for Improved Digestion! Pranarôm Ginger Essential Oil is a 100% pure, chemotyped, natural, and organic (USDA and EcoCert certified) product obtained by steam distillation of ginger roots. Ginger essential oil improves digestion, stimulates gastrointestinal tract function, reduces bloating, promotes gas expulsion, improves food processing, helps relieve nausea and vomiting, and has antispasmodic action - reducing gastrointestinal spasms, pain, and colic, with anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties. Recommended Use: Nausea, vomiting, abdominal spasms, flatulence. How to Use: • For internal use: 1-2 drops on ½ tsp of honey or oil before meals, maximum 4 drops per day - 150 mg • For external use: 1 drop diluted in 20 drops of vegetable oil → apply to the abdomen and massage clockwise • Duration of use: no more than 14 days • In a diffuser: 1-2 drops diluted in 30 ml of water Nausea, vomiting, digestive disorders: • Inhale directly from the bottle or apply 1 drop to a tissue/handkerchief and inhale • For internal use: 1-2 drops of pure essential oil in the mouth (under the tongue). 3-4 times a day Note: For pregnant women (from the second trimester) with constipation: 2 drops of essential oil diluted in 3-4 drops of carrier oil (e.g., almond or olive oil), massage on the lower back. Only once a day. Safety Precautions: • Dilution of essential oil is mandatory when applying to the skin, as ginger oil can cause skin irritation • Do not use in children under 6 years of age, during pregnancy and lactation • External use is possible in pregnant women only from the second trimester • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose; excessive dosage can cause heartburn or stomach irritation • The product does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle • Store away from heat and light, out of reach of children • Do not use if you have hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
