International Nonproprietary Name (Active Substance): comb. drug Clinical-Pharmacological Group: Biologically Active Supplements Central Nervous System → Antiemetics Composition: 10 ml contains: Ginger (Zingiber Officinale Roscoe) 50 mg, Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinale) 50 mg, Chamomile (Matricaria Recutita) 50 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 0.21mg, B9 (Folate) 0.03 mg, Lemon juice as flavoring Syrup is made on a fresh fruit juice base. Contains sugar Pharmacological Properties: Neo Peques for travel - The anti-emetic action of the preparation related to motion is associated with a decrease in elevated histamine and serotonin levels in the blood resulting from vestibular-visual conflict. Ginger (Zingiber Officinale Roscoe) - Acts both centrally and peripherally. Centrally, its action is due to the blockade of H1 histaminergic and serotonergic receptors. The mechanism of peripheral action is due to the blockade of dopaminergic D-2 receptors in the gastrointestinal tract. Result: Smooth muscles relax, gastrointestinal muscle spasms are relieved, gastrointestinal and salivary gland secretions decrease, and nausea and vomiting are relieved. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) - Regulates vomiting and the sensation of nausea by regulating serotonin levels in the intestines. It contributes to the normal functioning of gastrointestinal smooth muscles by normalizing impulsation. Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinale), Chamomile (Matricaria Recutita) - These are plants with a pleasant aroma, they calm the central nervous system, relieve excitability, and regulate vomiting and the sensation of nausea. Indications: Vomiting and nausea associated with motion Dosage Method: - In children from 12 months to 14 years: 1 vial (10 ml) 15-20 minutes before the start of the journey - Repeated intake is possible at 3-hour intervals - Maximum daily dose is 7 vials Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation. Due to sugar content, it is not used in patients with diabetes. Dosage Form: Syrup with lemon flavor in a 10 ml vial №7 Storage Conditions and Expiration Dates: The preparation should be stored below 30°C in a place inaccessible to children. The vial should be used immediately after opening. The preparation is not allowed to be used after the expiration date, which is indicated on the vial and the box.
