What is it?
Calcium: Essential for children to achieve optimal bone mass and for preventing osteoporosis later in life. Also for the formation of strong teeth. During pregnancy, it helps prevent eclampsia and vascular dilation. Magnesium: Plays a role in calcium metabolism. Facilitates calcium absorption through parathyroid hormone. Magnesium deficiency leads to decreased parathyroid hormone levels, which can cause calcium deficiency and hypocalcemia. Magnesium also contributes to the formation of strong tooth enamel. Magnesium deficiency during pregnancy can lead to spontaneous abortion. Zinc: The growth period involves significant cell division. Zinc is an important cofactor in cell division and the synthesis of many enzymes, and it participates in DNA synthesis. Zinc deficiency during pregnancy is linked to many complications, including birth defects. Zinc is necessary for the formation of the protein matrix that aids in calcium deposition in bones. Vitamin D3: Ensures calcium absorption, mainly from the intestines, reduces its renal excretion, and enhances its intestinal reabsorption. Composition: Calcium Carbonate – 500mg; Magnesium – 150mg; Zinc – 4mg; Vitamin D3 – 400 IU Indications: Calcium and D3 deficiency, increased calcium demand during periods of intensive growth. Prevention and treatment of rickets, prevention of osteoporosis. Pregnancy and lactation: Prolonged use of steroids and other hormonal preparations. Dosage: Children (6 months-1 year): 1/2 teaspoon once daily. Children (1-4 years): 1/2 teaspoon twice daily. Children (5-12 years): 1 teaspoon twice daily. Adults: 2 teaspoons twice daily. Pregnant and lactating women: 2 teaspoons twice daily. Shake well before use. Dosage form: 200ml suspension with orange flavor
