Solgar - Vitamin D3 + Calcium Citrate Tablets Composition: 4 tablets contain: Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) – 600 IU Calcium (Calcium Citrate) – 1000mg (1g) Additional Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Glycerin, Titanium Dioxide (coloring). Does not contain: Gluten, Starch, Dairy Products, Soy, Sugar, Yeast, Soda, Artificial Flavors, Sweeteners, Coloring Agents, and Preservatives. Vitamin D3 Vitamin D3 ensures the absorption and assimilation of calcium in the body. Its deficiency leads to reduced bone mineralization (osteoporosis) and bone fractures. D3 ensures the normal functioning of the neuromuscular and immune systems, increasing the body's resistance to infections and viruses. It increases serotonin levels in the body. Calcium and D3 vitamin prevent hypersecretion of parathyroid hormone and bone resorption (calcium leaching from bones). Calcium Almost 99% of calcium in the body is concentrated in bones and teeth.
