What is it?

Dosage Form: Syrup 150 ml Composition: 5 ml syrup contains: Magnesium (Magnesium Citrate) – 30 mg L-Tryptophan - 50 mg Dry Extract of Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) - 80 mg Dry Extract of Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) - 50 mg Dry Extract of Linden (Tilia cordata) - 20 mg Description: A combined sedative agent consisting of a magnesium complex, L-tryptophan, and medicinal plant extracts. It reduces manifestations of anxiety and mental tension, helps to decrease stress, fatigue, and increased irritability, restores the disturbed nervous system, and ensures good mood and sleep. Magnesium is involved in a number of metabolic reactions, regulates nerve impulse transmission and muscle contraction, and reduces the excitability of nerve cells. The need for magnesium increases during stress and exertion. Magnesium deficiency leads to nervousness, irritability, sleep disturbances, cramps, gastrointestinal spasms, and tachycardia. L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid rich in protein. It participates in the synthesis of nicotinic acid (Vitamin PP) and serotonin, and is necessary for regulating nervous system reactions such as anxiety, agitation, aggression, impulsive behavior, and psychological sleep cycle control. L-Tryptophan regulates psycho-emotional manifestations and overall well-being. L-Tryptophan is used for sleep disturbances, to relieve fear and stress, for dysphoria, and for the treatment of premenstrual syndrome, as well as part of complex therapy for patients dependent on alcohol, opioids, or barbiturates, to reduce the manifestations of abstinence syndrome, for alcohol intoxication, and for depression associated with menopause. Extracts of Chamomile, Lemon Balm, and Linden have a mild sedative and antidepressant effect, act as a calming agent, and improve sleep.
