What is it?
CAMELYN– M1 Medicinal product. Dosage form: Ampoules. Composition: "Camelin-M" lyophilisate - 0.07 g, propylene glycol - 0.6 g, water for injection - 1.33 g. "Camelin – M1" is made from a special type of honey. It contains biologically highly active substances of bee vital activity: aldehydes, organic acids, phenols, ketones. Description: Amber colored injection solution, 2.0 ml. in ampoules. Pharmacotherapeutic group: Immunomodulator, antioxidant, antimicrobial. Indications: Used as an immunomodulator in complex therapy, as an adjunct in the following cases: viral infections, bacterial infections, fungal infections, urological diseases (chronic bacterial prostatitis, chronic urethritis), to reduce side effects caused by chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant diseases, osteoarthritis, degenerative-dystrophic joint diseases, polyneuropathies, postoperative period, injuries, and tuberculous pleurisy. Method of administration and dosage: 2.0 ml of the preparation is administered intramuscularly twice a day, morning and evening. "Camelin – M1" is injected deep into the gluteal muscle at a slow pace, intermittently, with 20–25 second intervals between individual portions. Course of treatment is twenty days. Break between courses is eight days. Duration of treatment is from 2 to 5 months. If necessary, maintenance therapy can be continued. Side effects: Non-toxic in therapeutic doses, no side effects are characteristic. Individual hypersensitivity to the components of the medicinal product is possible. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation. Pregnancy and lactation: The use of the preparation is possible on the recommendation of a doctor. Overdose: Cases of overdose of the preparation have not been described. Danger when driving or operating machinery: The administration of the preparation does not require caution. Interaction with other drugs: "Camelin-M1" is compatible with all medicinal products used for the treatment of the above-mentioned diseases. Dosage form: 2 ml. dark glass ampoule, 10 ampoules on a polyvinyl chloride blister, one blister in a cardboard box. Storage conditions: Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, protected from light, in a dry place inaccessible to children. Shelf life: 2 years.
