What is it?
Name - Karsetin Q10 Capsules #30 Usage L-Carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid produced physiologically in the body and found in all tissues, especially in the heart and skeletal muscles, liver, and brain. Only 10% of the daily requirement of carnitine is produced in the body; the rest must be replenished with food products or dietary supplements. The demand for carnitine particularly increases during intense physical and mental exertion, stressful situations, and in athletes. The main purpose of L-Carnitine is to enrich the body with energy – it transports long-chain fatty acids to the mitochondria, where a large amount of energy (ATP) is produced as a result of their breakdown (β-oxidation). L-Carnitine regulates protein and fat metabolism, reduces anaerobic glycolysis, decreases glycogen consumption, and increases glycogen reserves in the liver and muscles. It improves the contractility and energy supply of the heart muscle, reduces oxidative stress, improves blood circulation in the brain, and stimulates acetylcholine synthesis, which leads to improved memory, concentration, and thinking. Coenzyme Q-10 is an endogenous substance synthesized in the liver. It participates in tissue respiration; due to its fat solubility, it reaches the hydrophilic mitochondrial membrane and participates in ATP synthesis. Coenzyme Q-10 enhances metabolic processes; as a powerful antioxidant, it protects membrane lipids, proteins, and DNA from the harmful effects of active oxygen forms. Coenzyme Q-10 reduces the concentration of low-density lipoproteins and triglycerides in the blood. It increases the activity of enzymes in the body, and by stimulating lecithin synthesis, it improves liver and kidney function. The production of Coenzyme Q-10 in the body decreases after the age of 20. Quercetin, as a powerful antioxidant, has a particularly pronounced natural oxygenating property. When consuming products containing it, cells are effectively supplied with oxygen in the body. Quercetin is one of the prominent representatives of flavonoids that protect healthy cells from the harmful effects of free radicals. Karsetin Q10 is a biologically active form with high bioavailability, which is easily and fully absorbed by the body. Its effects include: – Enriches the body with energy; – Burns fat; – Increases the body's endurance to physical exertion; – Enhances work capacity and overall tone; – Accelerates recovery processes; – Increases resistance to stress; – Reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases, including heart attack, stroke, and atherosclerosis; – Exhibits detoxifying and antioxidant effects; – Aids in weight correction; – Stimulates brain function. Indications – Increased physical and mental exertion, athletes; – Decreased work capacity, chronic fatigue syndrome; – Overweight, obesity; – Elderly age; – Post-illness rehabilitation period; – Ischemic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, fatty degeneration of the myocardium (in complex therapy); – Impaired cerebral blood circulation; – Myopathy, myasthenia; – Fatty liver degeneration; – Decreased immunity; – Thyrotoxicosis, insulin resistance, diabetes mellitus; – Delayed mental and physical development in children.
