What is it?
Composition: Mineral oil, glycerin, tyloxapol, poloxamer 188, trihydrochloride, tromethamine, cetalkonium chloride (cationic agent) and purified water. Indications: The preparation is used for symptoms of dry eye, such as itching, as well as eye burning and the sensation of a foreign body in the eye (sensation of sand or dust particles). These symptoms can be caused by various external factors, such as climate, polluted air, air travel, working with a computer screen, wearing contact lenses, etc. Also in pathologies such as Meibomian gland dysfunction. Cationorm moisturizes and protects the eye surface. Contraindications: Cationorm should not be used if the patient is allergic to any of the ingredients in the medicine. Warnings: The preparation is not used to treat other eye diseases. In this case, please consult a doctor or pharmacist. If you are using other eye drops, there should be at least a 5-minute interval between using the medications, and use Cationorm last. Cationorm can be used with any type of lenses. Dosage and administration: For instillation into the eye. Recommended doses are: one drop 1-4 times in both eyes. Wash your hands thoroughly, take one bottle, remove the protective cap, tilt your head back, gently pull down the lower eyelid and look up; hold the bottle horizontally and gently squeeze to instill only 1 drop into the eye, blink several times after instillation. Try not to touch the eye with the tip of the bottle. One dose is for single use. Use the medicine immediately after opening and discard after use. Reusing the same bottle poses a risk of infection. Contraindications: In very rare cases: eye irritation, eye pain, foreign body sensation in the eye, eye redness, itching sensation, tearing, burning sensation in the eye, temporary blurred vision, eyelid inflammation or eyelid swelling. Storage: Store the preparation in its original box at room temperature, out of reach of children. Do not use if the bottle is damaged. Do not use if the expiry date indicated on the packaging has passed.
