How to use Brush your teeth at least twice a day - in the morning and before bed. When brushing, hold the brush at a 45° angle towards the gums and move gently in circular motions without excessive pressure. The process should last 2–3 minutes. After use, rinse and dry the brush thoroughly. Replace the toothbrush every 2.5–3 months.
