What is it?
Composition: 1ml of solution contains: Active substance: Ketorolac Tromethamine 5mg; Excipients: Benzalkonium Chloride 0.1mg/ml, Sodium Chloride, Disodium Edetate, Octoxynol 40, 1N Sodium Hydroxide or 1N Hydrochloric Acid for pH adjustment, Distilled Water. Indications: For ophthalmic use: KETALDINE 5mg/ml eye drops, solution is indicated for the prevention and reduction of inflammation and associated symptoms following ophthalmic surgery. KETALDINE 5mg/ml eye drops, solution is indicated for use in adults. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. There is a high potential for cross-sensitivity between acetylsalicylic acid and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. KETALDINE 5mg/ml eye drops, solution is contraindicated in individuals with a history of hypersensitivity to these drugs. Special storage conditions: 2 years in unopened condition. Use within 28 days of first opening. This medicinal product does not require any special storage conditions. Dispensing: Pharmaceutical product group III, available without prescription
