Clean and dry your nose thoroughly. Remove grease, cream, or makeup. 2. Remove the protective film from the strip. 3. Place the strip on the bridge of your nose, above the nostrils, on the soft part. 4. Press gently and smooth both ends well to ensure a firm adhesion. 5. Use for a maximum of 8–12 hours. 6. Remove carefully. Do not pull sharply. Warnings and precautions • For external use only. • Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, or damaged skin. • You may feel slight pressure or the sensation of the strip on first use — this is normal and temporary. • Discontinue use if pain, severe discomfort, skin irritation, or difficulty breathing occurs. • Do not use for more than 12 hours in a 24-hour period. • Intended for adults and children over 5 years of age. • Adult supervision is recommended for children.
