Low molecular weight heparin. Indications: - Prevention of venous thrombosis and embolism, especially during orthopedic and general surgical operations; - Prevention of venous thrombosis and embolism in bedridden patients with acute therapeutic diseases; - Treatment of deep vein thrombosis with or without pulmonary artery thromboembolism; - Treatment of unstable angina and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction in combination with aspirin; - Prevention of thrombosis during hemodialysis in extracorporeal circulation systems. Dosage: Depending on the severity of the condition, as recommended by a doctor. Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to enoxaparin salt, heparin or its derivatives, including other low molecular weight heparins; - Conditions and diseases with a high risk of bleeding, including recent hemorrhagic stroke. Pregnancy and Lactation Pregnancy: There is no data on Clexane crossing the placenta in the second trimester of pregnancy. There is also no information regarding the first and third trimesters of pregnancy. Given that adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women are insufficient, and also that animal studies do not always allow prediction of the response in humans, the drug should be prescribed to pregnant women strictly according to medical indications. Storage Conditions and Expiration Date: The drug should be stored at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in a place protected from children. Freezing of pre-filled syringes is not allowed.
