Trade name Clodifen Neuro Dosage form Hard gelatin capsules. Description: Hard gelatin capsules size #0, opaque, with a body color from pinkish-red to brick-red, and a yellow cap, containing a mixture of whitish-pink powder, agglomerates, and white particles. Composition Capsule contains Active ingredients: Diclofenac sodium 50 mg Thiamine hydrochloride 50 mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride 50 mg Cyanocobalamin 0.25 mg Excipients: Lysine hydrochloride, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate. Capsule shell composition: Titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide, red iron oxide, Ponceau 4R, brilliant black, purified water, gelatin. Indications – Pain syndrome in non-rheumatic inflammation (after trauma, surgical and dental interventions; in gynecological diseases – primary algomenorrhea, adnexitis; in inflammatory diseases of the ENT organs – pharyngitis, tonsillitis, otitis); – Inflammatory-degenerative diseases of the spine and joints (rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis – Bechterew's disease, spondyloarthritis, spondyloarthrosis, osteoarthritis); – Neuritis and neuralgia (cervical syndrome, lumbago, sciatica); – Acute gouty arthritis; – Rheumatic diseases of the periarticular soft tissues. Dosage and administration Clodifen Neuro capsules should be taken orally during meals, without chewing, with a large amount of liquid. For adults, 1 capsule is prescribed 3 times a day at the beginning of treatment, as a maintenance dose – 1 capsule 1-2 times a day. The duration of therapy depends on the nature and severity of the disease. Contraindications – Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation; – Peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum; – Third trimester of pregnancy; – Children under 12 years of age. Storage conditions Store in a place protected from moisture and light, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, out of reach of children! Shelf life 3 years from the date of manufacture.
