What is it?
Composition: Vial with lyophilized powder contains: Active substance: Hydroxocobalamin 10 mg. Excipients: Mannitol, Hydrochloric acid. Ampoule with solvent contains: Active substances: Diclofenac potassium 75 mg, Betamethasone sodium phosphate 2.63 mg. Excipients: Benzyl alcohol, anhydrous disodium phosphate, propylene glycol, methylparahydroxybenzoate, sodium hydroxide, propylparahydroxybenzoate, water for injection. Indications for use: Exacerbations of rheumatism, inflammatory mono- and polyneuropathies. Method of administration and dosage: The preparation is used in adults intramuscularly. The contents of the vial with lyophilized powder should be dissolved using the contents of the ampoule with solvent. The injection should be administered at intervals of several hours, 1 or 2 times a day, deep into the muscle (one injection into each gluteal muscle). The preparation Clodizon is not used for more than 2 days. The preparation should be used at the most effective dose for a short period of time, according to the individual patient's treatment needs. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation and other NSAIDs; gastroduodenal ulcer in the active phase; gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation; severe liver and kidney failure; decompensated heart failure; severe form of hypertensive disease; systemic mycosis; active tuberculosis; osteoporosis; Itsenko-Cushing's syndrome; diabetes mellitus; Hepatitis A, B, Hepatitis non A, non B and other viral infections; vaccination period; pregnancy and lactation; intramuscular administration in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura; gout; treatment with systemic anticoagulants; childhood age. Use during pregnancy and lactation: The use of the preparation is contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation. Use in pediatrics: The use of the preparation is contraindicated in children. Dosage form: Lyophilized powder for preparation of solution for injection in a yellow glass vial, equipped with a bromobutyl stopper and a flip-off type combination cap, in a kit with a solvent, 3 ml of which is placed in an ampoule. 1 vial containing lyophilized powder and 1 ampoule containing solvent are placed in a cardboard box with a cardboard divider, along with the instructions for use. 3 or 5 vials containing lyophilized powder and 3 or 5 ampoules containing solvent in a contour cell package. 1 contour cell package is placed in a cardboard box along with the instructions for use. Storage conditions: Store in a place inaccessible to children, protected from moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Shelf life: 3 years from the date of manufacture.
