What is it?
Composition: The active ingredient is clotrimazole. 1 vaginal tablet contains 100mg clotrimazole. Excipients are: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium dodecyl sulfate, hypromellose, cellulose powder, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate. Indication: Clotri-Denk 100 vaginal is used for the treatment of vaginal fungal infections. Clotrimazole, the active ingredient of Clotri-Denk 100 vaginal, inhibits the growth and reproduction of fungal cells such as yeast fungi (usually Candida species), as well as many other fungal elements and some bacteria. Clotri-Denk 100 vaginal is used for vaginal inflammation and discharge caused by fungi (mainly Candida). Contraindication: Clotri-Denk 100 vaginal should not be used if the patient is allergic (hypersensitive) to clotrimazole or any of the other ingredients. Use of Clotri-Denk 100 vaginal with particular caution: Combined use with latex products (e.g., condoms or diaphragms) may reduce the effectiveness of these products and therefore their protective mechanism due to the excipients contained in Clotri-Denk 100 vaginal. Dosage and administration: Clotri-Denk 100 vaginal should always be used as prescribed by a doctor. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist. You should definitely consult your doctor if similar symptoms have appeared for the first time or if you have had more than 4 infections in the last 12 months. In patients aged 18 years and younger, the preparation should only be used after consulting a doctor and treatment should only be carried out under medical supervision. Usual dosage: Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, use 1 vaginal tablet daily, as deep as possible, for 6 consecutive days, preferably at night. Storage: Store in a dry place, inaccessible to children, at a temperature below 25C. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
