- Composition: 160 mg Valsartan and 12.5 mg Hydrochlorothiazide Pharmacotherapeutic group: Combined preparation. Angiotensin II receptor antagonist and thiazide diuretic. Indications: High blood pressure. Dosage and administration: For oral use, once daily, at the same time each day, with a glass of water. May be taken with or without food. This medicine should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The usual dose is 1 tablet per day. Do not stop taking or change the dose without consulting your doctor. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the active substances, sulfonamide derivatives, soy, peanuts, or any other ingredient of this medication, severe liver or kidney disease; reduced urine output; patients on dialysis; last 6 months of pregnancy. Low potassium or sodium levels or high calcium levels, gout, diabetes or kidney dysfunction and treatment with aliskiren-containing medicines. Pregnancy and lactation: Contraindicated in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. The use of the medicine is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy and during lactation. Storage conditions: Keep out of reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding 25C. Dispensing conditions: By prescription.

- Состав: 160 мг валсартана и 12.5 мг гидрохлоротиазида Фармакотерапевтическая группа: Комбинированный препарат. Антагонист рецепторов ангиотензина II и тиазидный диуретик. Показания: Высокое артериальное давление. Дозировка и способ применения: Принимать внутрь, ежедневно, в одно и то же время, запивая стаканом воды. Можно принимать с пищей или без нее. Препарат следует принимать в точном соответствии с рекомендациями лечащего врача. Обычная доза составляет 1 таблетка в день. Нельзя прекращать прием или изменять дозу без консультации с врачом. Противопоказания: Повышенная чувствительность к активным веществам, производным сульфонамида, сое, арахису или другим компонентам данного препарата, тяжелое заболевание печени или почек; снижение выведения мочи; пациенты на диализе; последние 6 месяцев беременности. Низкий уровень калия и натрия или высокий уровень кальция, подагра, диабет или почечная дисфункция и лечение препаратами, содержащими алискирен. Беременность и лактация: Противопоказан во II и III триместрах беременности. Прием препарата не рекомендуется в I триместре беременности и в период лактации.
