Combined medication Clinical-pharmacological group: Otorhinolaryngology → Antimicrobial agents for topical use → Antiseptics Indications COLDSEPT NANOSILVER ear drops are used for instillation into the external auditory canal to soothe and remove any contamination, as well as for supportive treatment of bacterial and fungal infections of the external auditory canal and skin surface, creating a protective barrier. It contains silver and copper nanoparticles that reduce the growth of bacteria and fungi, which helps with external auditory canal inflammation of various etiologies. Usage conditions: Use systematically according to individual needs. It is not a medicinal product. Contraindications Individual intolerance to the components of the preparation. Tympanic membrane perforation. Precautions Do not insert the dosing dropper too deep into the ear canal. Avoid accidental contact with mucous membranes of the eyes and mouth. In case of alarming symptoms, stop using the product. The use of the medical product in pregnant women and children under 6 years of age is recommended under medical supervision. Dosage regimen and method of administration Dosage regimen The medical product COLDSEPT NANOSILVER ear drops are used 3 times a day, and for at least the first 3 days after the disappearance of inflammation symptoms. Method of administration 1. Gently warm the vial (preferably with your hands). 2. Tilt your head to the opposite side of the affected ear or lie on your side with the affected ear facing up. 3. Instill 5 drops (unless a different dosage regimen is recommended by your doctor) into the external auditory canal and keep the patient in this position for 3-5 minutes. Side effects associated with the use of the medical product, combined use with other medical devices or individual drugs No side effects have been reported. Patients with hypersensitivity may develop symptoms of allergy. In case of allergy symptoms, discontinue the use of the medical product. All cases of side effects not indicated in the instructions for use, adverse reactions, peculiarities of interaction of the medical product, facts and circumstances that pose a threat to the life and health of the patient during the use of this medical device should be reported to the competent authority of the country where the patient resides. Storage and usage rules Shelf life - 2 years. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
