What is it?
Composition: Active ingredients are ipratropium bromide and salbutamol. Other ingredients (excipients) are: sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid, water for injection. Each ampoule contains 0.5mg ipratropium bromide, equivalent to 0.52mg ipratropium bromide monohydrate, and 2.5mg salbutamol (equivalent to 3mg salbutamol sulfate). Indication: The preparation is indicated for the treatment of reversible bronchospasm associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients who require more than one bronchodilator. Contraindication: If the patient is allergic (or hypersensitive) to ipratropium bromide, salbutamol sulfate, atropine, or any other component of Combiprasal. If they have heart disease - obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (this occurs when the heart cannot function properly due to inflammation of the heart muscle). If they have a rapid and irregular heartbeat (known as tachycardia). Storage: Store out of reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding 25C
