Koresatin® Cream for Hand and Skin Asepsis Panthenol 30 g Chlorhexidine Digluconate 0.04% (w/w) Composition: Active substances and concentration (%) D-gluconic acid, compound N1,N14-bis(4-chlorophenyl)-3,12-diimino-2,4,11,13-tetraazatetradecanediimidamide (2:1) (CHDG) 18472-51-0 % 0.04 w/w, moisturizers, skin conditioners, emollients, surfactants, excipients. Category of use: (PT1) Biocidal product for human hygiene - for use on humans. Indications: A 2-in-1 cream for skin cleansing, made on a water base. A high-quality disinfectant product that does not compromise skin integrity, the structure of the protective lipid layer, and its natural defense mechanism. It kills a broad spectrum of microorganisms on infected skin. It contains moisturizers and excellent conditioners to prevent skin dryness. It is enriched with Panthenol and provides balanced asepsis and has 99.99% antimicrobial effect against Escherichia Coli, Staphylococcus Aureus, Enterococcus Hirae, Candida Albicans, Aspergillus Niger within 1 minute. Instructions for use: Ready-to-use cream, apply in a thin layer 2-3 times a day. Precautions for use: Follow instructions to avoid any risk to human health and the environment. For external use only. Avoid food, drink, and smoking while using the product. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Do not use if the packaging is damaged. Maintain personal hygiene during use.
