What is it?
Composition One tablet of Korval-G contains active ingredients: Ethyl ester of alpha-bromoisovaleric acid (calculated on 100% dry matter) - 12.42 mg, Phenobarbital (calculated on 100% dry matter) - 11.34 mg, Peppermint oil - 0.88 mg. Indications - Neuroses with increased irritability; - Insomnia; - In complex therapy of hypertension and vegetovascular dystonia; - Mild spasm of coronary arteries, tachycardia; - Intestinal spasm caused by neurovegetative disorders (as an antispasmodic). Contraindications - Increased sensitivity to the components of the preparation and to bromine; - Severe liver and/or kidney disorders; - Hepatic porphyria; - Severe heart failure. Precautions Alcoholic beverages should not be taken with the preparation. Prolonged use of the preparation is not recommended to avoid the development of dependence on the preparation. Caution should be exercised when prescribing the preparation in cases of arterial hypotension. There is no experience with the use of the preparation in children. Effect on driving and operating machinery It is not advisable to prescribe the preparation to drivers and in cases of active work and operation of mechanisms. Pregnancy and lactation The preparation is not prescribed during pregnancy and lactation. Dosage and administration Korval-G is administered sublingually (under the tongue) or orally. Adults: 1 tablet 2-3 times a day. If necessary (pronounced tachycardia and spasm of coronary arteries), the single dose can be increased up to 3 tablets. The duration of administration is determined by the clinical effect and tolerance of the preparation.
