Name - Cosmocol Lemon and Lime Flavor Powder for Oral Solution Sachet #20 What you need to know before taking Cosmocol Lemon and Lime Flavor Do not take Cosmocol Lemon and Lime Flavor - If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to Macrogol 3350, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Potassium Chloride or any of the other ingredients of Cosmocol Lemon and Lime Flavor - If you have a perforation of the intestinal wall - If your intestine is blocked (intestinal obstruction, intestinal blockage) - If you have an acute inflammatory bowel disease, such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or toxic megacolon If any of these conditions apply to you, consult your doctor or pharmacist for further advice Other medicines and Cosmocol Lemon and Lime Flavor Some medicines, such as epilepsy medicines, may be less effective when taking Cosmocol Lemon and Lime Flavor. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription Taking Cosmocol Lemon and Lime Flavor with food and drink Cosmocol Lemon and Lime Flavor can be taken at any time, with or without food or drink How to take Cosmocol Lemon and Lime Flavor Treatment of chronic constipation in adults, children (12 years and older) and the elderly: The recommended dose for constipation is one sachet 1-3 times per day. Duration of treatment The course of treatment for constipation should usually not exceed 2 weeks. Treatment of fecal impaction in adults, children (12 years and older) and the elderly: For the treatment of fecal impaction, your doctor must confirm that you have this condition before taking Cosmocol Lemon and Lime Flavor. The recommended dose is 8 sachets per day, taken over 6 hours. To prevent further problems caused by fecal impaction, your doctor may advise you to continue taking this medicine. You should use the dose for the treatment of chronic constipation
