Properties
What is it?
Composition: 10 ml contains: L-Carnitine – 500 mg. Coenzyme Q-10 – 30 mg. Pharmacological properties: L-Carnitine belongs to vitamin-like substances (Vit. Bt – "growth vitamin"); it has anabolic and antioxidant effects. L-Carnitine transports long-chain fatty acids to the mitochondrial membrane, facilitating CoA penetration into the cell. L-Carnitine helps reduce excess body weight and decreases fat accumulation in muscles. It increases the secretion of digestive juices (gastric and intestinal) and improves their enzymatic activity, enhancing the digestion process. Coenzyme Q-10 (Ubiquinone) is an endogenous vitamin-like substance synthesized in the liver; it participates in ATP synthesis in mitochondria. Coenzyme Q-10 has antioxidant effects. Coenzyme Q-10 reduces the concentration of low-density lipoproteins and triglycerides in the blood. It enhances the action of existing enzymes in the body. Coenzyme Q-10 improves liver and kidney function by stimulating lecithin synthesis and prevents gallstone formation. Coenzyme Q-10 helps stimulate acetylcholine synthesis and activates cholinergic processes in the brain. Coenzyme Q-10 normalizes blood pressure, provides energy to the heart muscle – protecting the myocardium from infarction. Coenzyme Q-10 aids in fat burning, reduces body weight. L-Carnitine and Coenzyme Q10 in combination enhance each other's effects. Pharmacological action: Ubikari eliminates carnitine deficiency in patients with its deficiency and on dialysis. Ubikari increases the contractile function of the myocardium and striated muscles, increases tolerance to physical exertion. Improves external respiration. Regulates blood glucose levels. Ubikari enriches adipose tissue with oxygen, which stimulates fat burning, reduces fat content in tissues, and leads to weight loss in patients with obesity. It stimulates metabolic processes in the brain, increases learning and assimilation ability, and enhances mental and physical capabilities. Ubikari improves the physical development of premature and weak infants. Indications: - Primary and secondary carnitine deficiency; - Neonatal asphyxia, birth trauma; - Neonatal hypotrophy and hypotonia; - Premature infants on parenteral nutrition; - Children and adults on hemodialysis; Delayed physical and mental development in children; Weight deficit; Anorexia; - Cerebrovascular accident, traumatic encephalopathy, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinsonism; - Hypoacidic gastritis, chronic pancreatitis, liver cirrhosis and fatty dystrophy; - Diabetes mellitus; Thyrotoxicosis; Obesity; - Prolonged use of glucocorticoids and statins; - Post-operative rehabilitation period, to increase physical strength in weakened patients; - Muscular dystrophies; - Anemias; - Chronic fatigue syndrome; - In sports medicine, to increase tolerance to loads during intensive training; Dosage form: Syrup 100 ml.
