International Nonproprietary Name - Pine bark Composition: French maritime pine bark extract P (Pinus Maritima) 40 mg Contains lactose, gluten, sugar. Pharmacological Properties and Mechanism of Action: Laifen is a unique natural plant-based anti-inflammatory agent. It has a multifaceted effect. It suppresses NF-KB factor activity, inhibiting the release of prostaglandins and histamine. It improves the functioning of vascular capillaries by increasing nitric oxide production, strengthens the walls of vascular capillaries, and prevents the formation of atherosclerotic plaques. It has antioxidant action. Indications: Treatment and prevention of diseases with inflammatory processes: - Respiratory system: acute and chronic bronchitis, recurrent respiratory diseases, pollinosis, allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma, smoker's bronchitis; - Inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system: osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondyloarthritis, tendinitis, bursitis, polyarthritis; - Endometriosis, dysmenorrhea, premenstrual pain; - Cardiovascular diseases; - Varicose veins; - Meniere's disease; - Diabetic retinopathy; Side Effects: Individual intolerance.
