Pharmacological properties The preparation has a strong local anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, antipruritic, and anti-exudative effect. Indications - Allergic, seborrheic, and contact dermatitis; - Eczema (contact, infantile, chronic); - Psoriasis; - Lupus erythematosus; - Dermatomyositis; - Skin diseases with severe itching; - Photodermatoses. Dosage and administration The preparation is used topically. The frequency and method of application are determined by the doctor. Apply the cream and ointment to the affected area 1-3 times a day. Apply a small amount of the solution to the affected areas of the skin. At the beginning of treatment, use the preparation no more than 2-4 times a day, and with positive dynamics - 1-2 times a day. The solution should not be used under an occlusive dressing. The preparation should not be used for more than 2 weeks. If not necessary, do not use more than 2 g of the solution per day, and no more than 1 package per week. Do not use on facial skin for more than 1 week. In children over 2 years of age, use the preparation with extreme caution, only once a day on small areas of skin, and do not use on facial skin. Contraindications Bacterial, viral, and fungal skin infections, neoplasms and precancerous conditions of the skin, post-vaccination period, allergy to the drug. Very prolonged topical use may cause skin atrophy. When used on facial skin, symptoms of skin irritation (burning, redness, excessive dryness) may occur. Prolonged use on particularly large areas of skin or under an occlusive dressing may lead to reabsorption of hydrocortisone into body tissues, which can cause systemic, hormonal adverse effects (edema, hypertension, decreased immunity). If adverse effects occur, consult a doctor. Pregnancy and lactation The administration of the preparation to pregnant and breastfeeding women is not recommended. In exceptional cases, use with caution, for a short period and on limited areas of skin. Do not apply the preparation to the skin of the mammary glands. Do not use during the first trimester of pregnancy. Special instructions Avoid prolonged use of the preparation. With prolonged use on large body surfaces, the frequency of side effects increases, and the possibility of edema, hypertension, hyperglycemia, and decreased immunity arises. Apply the preparation with extreme caution to the eyelids. Apply the preparation with extreme caution to the facial skin. Use with caution in cases of pre-existing atrophic skin conditions, especially in the elderly. Do not vaccinate during glucocorticosteroid therapy. Do not use in children under 2 years of age. In children over 2 years of age, use the preparation with extreme caution, only once a day. Do not use on small areas of skin and on facial skin. Interaction with other drugs Do not mix the preparation with other topically applied drugs. Vaccination of patients with skin changes (with glucocorticosteroids, especially topical use, and on large skin areas) is not allowed.
