What is it?
Composition: 1 film-coated tablet contains: Levofloxacin hemihydrate, equivalent to 500mg levofloxacin. Indications: Lower respiratory tract infections (exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, community-acquired pneumonia); ENT infections (acute sinusitis); kidney and urinary tract infections (including acute pyelonephritis); genital organ infections (including chronic bacterial prostatitis); skin and soft tissue infections. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to levofloxacin or other quinolones; epilepsy; history of tendon damage associated with quinolone use; age under 18 years; pregnancy and lactation. Dosage and Administration: Tablets should be swallowed whole with a sufficient amount of liquid, with or without food. Storage Conditions: Store at a temperature not exceeding 25C, in a dry, protected from light, and inaccessible place for children. Do not take the preparation if any visual defects are found. Dispensing Conditions: Pharmaceutical product group II - for prescription use only.
