Linistress Capsules #20 Composition: Valeriana officinalis dry water-alcohol extract 70mg; Passiflora incarnata extract 40mg; Humulus Iupulus cone 4:1 extract 25mg; Melissa officinalis extract 25mg; Additional ingredients: Filler (corn starch, pregelatinized starch), (on maltodextrin base), 0.8% valerenic acid, hard gelatin capsule (gelatin, color; titanium dioxide, iron red oxide, iron yellow oxide), magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent). The biologically active components in the herbal extract contribute to calmness and body relaxation, which is essential for peaceful, uninterrupted sleep, both during the day and at night. Indications: Used during emotional tension, such as stress, restlessness, fatigue, and others. Dosage and Administration: For children over 12 years of age and adults, to relieve stress fatigue, take 1 capsule 3 times a day for 2-4 weeks. To improve sleep, take 1-2 capsules 30 minutes before bedtime. Take the whole capsule with a sufficient amount of water. Special Instructions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose; do not use simultaneously with central nervous system depressants and alcohol; do not take by pregnant or breastfeeding women; driving is not permitted while taking the product; the product is a food supplement and does not replace a varied diet and a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
